Ino's Bankai

My Idea for a Bleach Shinigami's Banki for Ino from Naruto. The diamond sections of her Shikai's chain drift into the air and expand in size, before disintegrating into particals. If an enemy inhales these particles that fall under to command. She can alo bring the fragments together into various objects such as weapons or barriers. Her mind control powers have a time limit on them, and oppenents who are stong enough can break free of them faster, or even avoid falling under them completely.
